PAAMA hosted 101 PennDOT and 70 Local Agency representatives for our Pavement Preservation Seminar titled “An Owner’s Manual for Your Pavement Network.” The event was held in Allentown on May 20, 21 and 22 of 2025. Day 1 was taught by members of the Asphalt Emulsion Manufacturers Association (AEMA) education team led by Scott Dmytrow. Day 2 was PAAMA treatment day with 11 presentations by PAAMA members focused on PAAMA Preservation and Recycling techniques. Day 3, for local agencies only was a repeat of “An Owner’s Manual for Your Pavement Network” by AEMA.
We appreciate the PennDOT Chief Executive Jonathan Eboli, P.E. for giving the opening address and for being a huge supporter of PAAMA.
